We have been assigned the official call letters CIRP - which we believe helps explain our vision that we desire to be: Community - Inspirational - Relevant - Positive. Yes, it is our desire to serve our Community and its families, focusing on the Inspiring things that make life special and Relevant, and so we have opted for the Positive name - LIFE 94.7 FM.
We are committed to bring our listeners music with a message that speaks to the heart, encourages and challenges us all. We will provide quality entertainment, accurate news and information that defines and affirms all the best about LIFE in our broadcast area. Think about it this way ... we are committed to bring our listeners music that speaks of that which is true and honourable, just and pure, lovely and gracious, excellent and worthy of praise.
We will provide opportunities for community awareness through interviews and information exchange and public service announcements regarding local and community wide issues.
We declare a FAMILY FRIENDLY promise to provide programming that will encourage and uplift, plus we will provide a showcase for local, regional and national Canadian recording artists.
We intend to air limited advertising commercial content, meaning the listener gets more music each hour, and keeps our belief for LIFE 94.7 FM to be listener supported. This means we will be relying on the generous, faithful financial support of our listeners.
